We ship to the UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Japan, UAE, Australia & New Zealand via orders placed on this website. If you would like a quote for a delivery outside of these areas, please email us listing the products you require and your delivery address.
DOMESTIC DELIVERY - Within the UK
Standard Delivery Service:
Items will be sent by Royal Mail, DPD, UPS or DHL. This service will usually take 5-7 working days from ordering.
Priority Delivery:
Items will be will be sent with DPD on a tracked next working day service, from the date we dispatch your order. A one hour delivery window is offered by DPD with the opportunity to rearrange the time window or the day of delivery.
Large & bulky items (over 1m in length) are shipped on a next day working service using one of our trusted courier partners, usually UPS or DHL.
(This applies to all Skis & Snowboards).
Please note we do not currently offer deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Collect from our Store:
All orders placed on the website can be collected in store. We usually have this ready within a few hours of ordering. You can select this option at the checkout when presented with the shipping options. You will receive an email when your order is ready to collect.
Ski Binding Mounting:
If you are buying skis & bindings we will automatically contact you before shipping your order to check if you would like us to mount the bindings (We offer this free of charge for all skis purchased with bindings). For this service there is usually an extra 1-2 working days wait before your order is ready to be dispatched or collected. We are happy to prioritise your order should you require it urgently, please contact us to discuss before ordering.

VAT Free Shopping:
VAT is automatically removed for products shipping to VAT free locations such as The Channel Islands. Just add products to your shopping cart, proceed to the checkout. VAT will be removed as soon as you add your delivery address.
BFPO Addresses:
We can ship items to BFPO addresses for the same cost as UK shipment for orders of most small to medium sized items. Please select Mainland UK as your delivery location at the checkout. Unfortunately larger items (Skis & Snowboards) cannot be sent via Royal Mail to BFPO addresses, they need to be shipped by courier. If you are ordering such items please select the country you are located in as the delivery address during the checkout process. This will ensure you are charged the correct amount for shipping & that we do not need to contact you for additional shipping costs before sending your order.
Delivery Costs & Timescales:
Costs and options are calculated at the checkout, depending on the products in your shopping cart. We offer a free delivery service for Mainland UK customers spending over £75.
Orders confirmed before 12pm will usually be dispatched the same working day. Orders confirmed after 12pm will usually be dispatched on the next working day. (Except if we are mounting bindings to skis, please allow an extra 1-2 days).
Occasionally, a particular product is not available for immediate despatch. In the event that we cannot meet our usual delivery times, we will notify you of the expected delivery date by e-mail or phone call, and give you the option to cancel your order or suggest an alternative.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY - Outside of the UK
We ship to most countries worldwide. You can place your order & pay securely on our website, all shipping costs are calculated in the checkout process. When shipping to countries outside the UK, tax is deducted automatically for applicable locations.
Please be aware that you will be responsible for paying all import duties, taxes and disbursement fees which are levied once the package reaches your country (these vary from country to country and depends on the goods ordered). Our couriers will contact you regarding this before delivery, it is a straight forward process.
If you have a number of oversized items in your shopping cart (more than 1 set of skis or snowboards), we may have to contact you before shipping your order to advise the actual shipping cost. You have the option to cancel your order at any time.
We can provide quotes for shipping destinations not available at the checkout. Please email us with your requirements, including shipping address & the products you wish to purchase.
