Sales Assistant - Part Time

We're looking for part time sales assistants to join our team for the winter season. Working within our busy ski & snowboard store, assisting customers with purchases and offering advice. Applicants must be outgoing, friendly & approachable with good knowledge of skiing and snowboarding.

As one of the leading independent Ski & Snowboard specialist stores in the UK, we pride ourselves on the standard of service we provide our customers. As a member of our stores sales team you will be required to achieve the following objectives:

• Serve customers to the best of your ability.
• Perform your role in a polite and respectful manor to customers and staff.
• Act as a representative of Snowtrax store – and in doing so aid customers in making the correct purchase.
• Develop your knowledge of ski and snowboard Hardgoods and Softgoods so as to achieve a high level of customer service.
• Show your enthusiasm for the products we sell – and why they may benefit the customer.
• Organise and carry out tasks appropriately.

Contract: Seasonal / Part time role approx 10 hours per week. Must be available to work weekend day per week.
